- For a result: level, year, candidate or centre, and the official source that differs.
- For a payment: date, amount, payment method, and provider reference. Do not include full payment credentials.
- For study or AI: the lesson or tool you were using, the approximate time and what went wrong. Hide private information in screenshots.
- For privacy or deletion: the account email and the data or action you are requesting.
